February 13th, 2009

Rogue Fitness is hosting the Midwest qualifier for the CrossFit Games. The events will span over two days and will certainly be a challenge.

We will scale the WOD’s but only the top 6 Males and 6 Females will advance to the games. The winners will need to perform the WOD’s as prescribed.

If it wasn’t as difficult or more difficult than the 2008 Games then we wouldn’t be doing our job. We are accepting 200 Men and 100 Women for the qualifiers, so register now!
