After a long wait here is what will forever be known as the “Gauntlet”! Each competitor will be required to compete in three WODs on Saturday. The workouts are as follows:
WOD 1 :
21-15-9 Reps of
Deadlift – Men 275LBS/Women 185LBS
Pullups – Chest to Bar
For Time!
WOD 2:
7 Double Kettlebell Thrusters – Men (2) 24KG/Women (2) 16KG
11 Burpees
5 Rounds for Time!
WOD3:
Row 2000M – Damper 3.5 for all competitors
For Time!
Scoring:
You will have a time card that your assigned judge will fill in for each event, the lowest cumulative time will be the winner for these 3 events.
Sunday Final Event: This event will be posted on Saturday Evening and announced at Rogue
The top 30 Men & top 10 Women will compete in the Sunday Event
First heat on Sunday is at 10AM

Scaling – Scaling will be allowed but those competitors that scale will not be in the running for the top 6 men and women unless all competitors scale same weight, very unlikey occurence.

Where – Rogue Fitness, 845 Claycraft Rd, Suite E, Gahanna, OH 43230 – On the back 90
When – First Event 9AM – Registration 630AM
630AM – 800AM at Rogue Fitness – Signs will guide you to registration location
You will be assigned a wrist band and number.
How the WOD progression will work:
You will be assigned a Heat # and time for each event, they will be spaced out evenly. You will start with WOD 1 and end with WOD 3.
Start and End Time:
The first heat of WOD1 will start at exactly 9AM and the final heat of WOD3 will begin at approximately 3PM. We expect to end the events at approximately 530PM. The final event will be announced at 6PM at the site and on the this website.
Spectators:
We have limited space at the event, the cost to attend for the weekend is $5/person and $10/family.
Food and Beverages:
We will have a stand with water and other small items at the event, they will be at the bare min cost. Please bring food, water and any other items you may need to keep yourself moving throughout the weekend.
Medical Information:
Medical providers will be on site, but only for emergency incidents. We will have a small crew and supplies are limited. Bring your own tape, band-aids, and antibiotic ointment for you hands. The last two years have seen numerous athletes at the Games tear their hands competing. Bring whatever medication you need, and if you even might need an inhaler, please bring it!
