Agility Poles

Sold in sets of 4, PowerMax Agility Poles can be used to easily mark a course for agility drills and footwork exercises (particularly well suited for common training drills in soccer, football, basketball, martial arts, etc.). Coaches, parents, or gym owners can also incorporate a rope or streamers (not included) with the poles to mark simple boundary lines.

While they’re lightweight, portable, and highly visible in bright yellow, these Agility Poles are also a relatively tall 5 feet in height, forcing the athlete to keep the upper body over the hips and eliminate poor posture. The base sections of each pole can be filled with sand for dependable stability.
