I was worried after reading some of the other reviews. It arrived fine. Easily stuck onto the seat, I felt like I needed to adjust it so I pulled it off and adjusted it, then stuck it back down. zero residue, still sticking fine. I do actually prefer the plastic on the seat, but my wife loves the pad.

I tried the machine without this at first, added it after the first use. It doesn't add a bunch of extra padding but for the money I think it helps make it a somewhat more comfortable experience.

This seat pad was exactly what I needed to resolve the soreness of riding that seat for longer periods of time. I can now comfortably row for an hour or more with little or no soreness afterwards.

So it takes a couple rows to break in. At first it’s pretty plumb and feels awkward but after 2/3 rows it’s awesome and really comfy. Worth the money

It works well for what I wanted, just a little padding and keeps you on the seat a bit better than seat alone. It is not like a cushioned bike seat if that's what you want. As far as the adhesive many people complain about, it's works fine as long as you clean the seat with alcohol first. I used a heat gun/hair dryer to warm and dry it after cleaning with alcohol, it has not budged in over a year.

This is just a thin piece of foam. I ended up buying a much better seat pad on Amazon

Was hesitant to purchase bc of reviews of it not sticking. It fell of the first week when I stored my rower up right. It stuck after I rowed a couple of hours. I would recomend to clean seat with alcohol and do a 1hour easy row. The contour of the rower will not allow u to use weights or clamps, just a bit. I am probably at 18% bf now and it is comfortable, IDK if I was under 13% bf. My concerns with it are it's a porous material and not easy to clean. It's also not portable between rowers l I ke some are. If this is for home use I would recommend it, not if u travel to different gyms or completions and you don't have excessive tail pain. Good value for the money.
