This version of the GR1 pack is manufactured in the USA utilizing only the best materials, including a 1000D CORDURA primary construction, YKK zippers (with silent pulls), and a newly updated 210D High Tenacity CORDURA back panel and shoulder straps. Tested over the past four years, the abrasion-resistant 210D HT upgrade offers athletes more versatility in how they train, with no sacrifice in comfort or durability. This material is uniquely well suited for use with tank tops, travel shirts like Merino Wool, or even shirt-free training.

Every GR-1 requires approximately 4 hours to hand-build and is strength tested at over 400 LBS. GORUCK’s flagship rucksack is currently available here in your choice of a 21L or 26L size, each of which comes with a bombproof laptop compartment, MOLLE compatibility, extra-padded straps, multiple small accessory pockets (internal and external), open-flat versatility, and 2x3” Velcro for adding a custom patch. Both sizes are TSA compliant.
