The Rogue Arm Blaster is another 21st century adaptation of an old-school weightlifting classic. Made from 1/4" thick formed aluminum with your choice of a leather or nylon strap, this simple device is designed to be worn around the neck when the lifter is performing biceps curls. By ensuring that the arms remain tight against the body throughout the movement, the Arm Blaster promotes proper form while also isolating the biceps—maximizing the strength-building benefits of the workout.

Rediseño de la herramienta de las leyendas
Un icono dentro del fitness de los 1970, algunos de los nombres más importantes dentro del panorama internacional de la halterofilia y el culturismo utilizaban y fomentaban el uso de algunas variaciones del arm blaster. El diseño de Rogue recoge todos los aspectos buenos de este accesorio clásico y le da una vuelta al diseño para mejorar su eficacia, la comodidad del usuario y conseguir un rendimiento más duradero.
Perfecciona el movimiento
El Arm Blaster presenta un diseño Único para facilitar un movimiento consistente y limpio al realizar curls de brazo. La parte metálica del artilugio se coloca contra los mÚsculos abdominales superiores. Los extremos se curvan para que los brazos del atleta, en caso de colocarse al costado, puedan resbalar por el metal que hay entre ellos y el cuerpo y el curl se realice rodeando la parte trasera del tríceps. Esto hará casi imposible que se puedan abrir los brazos hacia los lados si se lleva este artilugio, por los que la parte superior del brazo quedará bloqueada con seguridad y en la posición adecuada.

While the arm blasters of the past were mainly made overseas, the Rogue Arm Blaster is manufactured in the USA, using 1/4" thick formed aluminum. It includes your choice of a Black Anodized finish (with etched Rogue branding across the front of the abdominal plate) or a Medium Gloss Powder Coat (featuring a white die-cut Rogue decal).
A tope de brazo
This device is built exclusively as an accessory for curls, and is a logical match with the Rogue Curl Bar or Rackable Curl Bar. You might not be a world class 1970s body builder or a future governor of California, but if you’re looking to target the upper arms, this tool is a time-tested way to isolate the biceps for a very intense, difference-making workout.

Our genuine leather strap option is adjustable in 0.5" increments and more closely resembles the old school versions made in the ‘70s and ‘80s. The strap is 0.15625" thick and is held in place by means of a conway buckle that locks it in place once the desired length is set. Not available with the MG Powder Coat version of the Arm Blaster.
Cinta de nylon: 1" de ancho, 2 ajustes de plástico de aproximadamente 11" a 23"
