Garmin Index BPM Smart Blood Pressure Monitor

The Index BPM Smart Blood Monitor from Garmin is an easy-to-use, clinically validated device that, when used properly, provides accurate blood pressure and heart rate readings on a built-in display.

The Smart upper-arm blood pressure monitor is an FDA-cleared medical device, and includes an adjustable cuff that fits a wide range of arm sizes, from 9–17 inches (22–42 cm) in circumference. Users can take one reading at a time, or three consecutively to create an average. After use, the monitor folds up for easy storage or travel.

The monitor can be used as a stand-alone device or synced with a Garmin Connect account via Wi-Fi, where the user can see their readings, add notes, and compare history and trends alongside other stats in the smartphone app. Up to 16 different user profiles can be created for the Index BPM using the app, and each individual user has the option to sync their own Garmin Connect account to view their own readings.
