Manufactured in the USA from recycled materials, the Ice Barrel 500 utilizes thick polyurethane foam insulation throughout the barrel, along with a lid, to help keep your water colder for longer, especially in warm weather. With an integrated seat and spacious interior, the Ice Barrel 500 allows you to enjoy a comfortable, upright seated position. This allows you to easily submerge up to your neck for maximum full-body benefit. Built-in steps allow for easy entry and exit into the barrel. - 1-16oz bottle of cleaning soap
Another optional accessory is the silicone Ice Block mold, which makes it easy to produce over-sized ice blocks at home, each measuring 5” H x 6.75” W x 11.5” L and weighing 7LB. The Ice Block is available to order as:

Ice Bath Tips
Tips for Taking an Ice Bath:
- Keep barrel on level surface.
- Add water then ice. Start at 50 to 60 degrees F if you’re a beginner.
- Use steps to enter the bath.
- Ideal Duration of an Ice Bath: 3-5 minutes.
- To exit, push out and step on to stool with one foot, then the other.
