Great build & Material - Flawed Design
I just got my RML-690C assembled, along with the Stinger and Solo Pulley (and other attachments). I have to say, I am feeling under-whelmed, especially for the price. At the moment, the solo pulley @ $200 is nice to look at, but less functional than the $40 pulley set from Amazon. For one, the cable length - way too long. To see it listed in almost every review and Rogue has done nothing seems negligent. Great quality, strength, durability - but failure in the final mile of design leaves it missing the mark on function. Not to mention the product photos show a pulley that is taught, while nice and tight against the pulley. Reality is the cable extends 2+ feet beyond the pulley before it is taught, or begins lifting the plate stack. Second, is an issue with the pin holes... an issue accentuated by the too-long cable. In order for the pulley to be mounted as low as you see pictured, you have to use one of the oversized holes (you can see it in the product pics... the middle hole in the bottom three is oversized). Doing this makes the pulley tilt up. If you mount the pulley slightly higher, it will mount completely using the right-sized holes (as pictured in the demo of mid-height, face pulls). Failure in attention to detail in design and completeness, or even doing some user acceptance testing, takes a big discount and credit away from the qualify materials and overall craftsmanship. It's like they got the hard parts right, and got complacent on the easy stuff. Net-net, ends up not being worth the price.

Thank you for your feedback on the Solo Pulley Attachment, and calling out the image of the pin/holes. The base unit is designed for both our Monster and Monster Lite series. The larger holes are specifically for 1" detent pin use. We recommend using the 5/8" holes for your rack. Our team is reaching out to see what is causing you to not be able to mount this appropriately.

Decent product marred by a functional details
This landed in my house a few weeks ago. The build quality feels heavy and durable. Pretty standards rogue feels. The instructions were easy to follow. My copy doesn't have the issue with the hole misalignment that previous commenters had. My issues with this are two things. #1. The pulley it comes with is very long. Like 90 inches long. The end result is that you don't get tension unless the attachment is greater then 2 feet away from the bottom pulley. This means arm curls don't work, nothing with legs / hips really works. When I called customer service they were in disbelief that I had a problem with the length, made me send a photo of the measuring tape before even really engaging with me on the issue, and then said "that's how it was designed" while also telling me lots of people had complained about this same issue. #2. This would be a vastly superior product if it had hinges so it could swivel left and right like the bottom pulley's do on most cables machines in the world. I didn't think this would bother me but it's a bit more annoying then I anticipated. Still it's nice to have a cable machine setup at home in such a compact way and with a proper length cable it'll be much more functional.

Cable too long
This product comes with a cable that is too long. It can’t be used for a bicep cable curl, for example, while standing directly over or slightly behind the pulley itself. You need to take a few large steps back in order for the cable to become taunt which makes it very awkward. Also, the pulley is too large for the monster lite. It appears to be made for the monster racks as the holes have a very awkward line up to the rack making it not quite secure enough to remain still during use. I have a lot of rogue equipment and this is the only one I do not recommend.

Great product - Slinger, solo pulley
Slinger pulley is a nice add to do some lower cable extension cable work. However, not a super bad thing but the cable that it comes with could be just a little bit shorter, are maybe come with two cable options. This one is definitely made to have the foot plate attachment for low rows, which I don’t have. So I have to sit on the far end of the garage and jimmy a rig to stabilize my feet. Regardless, I have a full gym powered by rogue and I love all your equipment.

Does not work with Rml-3w
I thought since the rml-3w is a monster lite rack I thought it would work but was informed that it does not after I ordered it. I had to ship it back and just waiting on my refund. Sounds like they are going to hit me with a restock fee. I wish they would of told me It does not work with the rml-3w since I ordered them at the same time.

ML Solo Pulley
Good product an glad I bought it. Fits the ML rack very tight and does not move. The cable and hardware rub the ML Slinger upright, causing some cosmetic marring. Also wish the cable was a tad shorter, but it works fine and in a small space. It would be very nice if the ML version had a seated row equipped seat lime the Monster version.

Opens up a more movements!
I use this low pulley on my rack along with a high pulley hung off my pull up bar. Works great and now I have more movements such as bicep curls and low rows to keep from getting bored in my workouts.

Works great for a low attachment
I really like it and it works well. I do wish the cables allowed it to move up and down the rig. But still a really good product
