ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT
The loadable head allows you to load steel shot or other filler material (not included) for adjustable resistance, ranging from an empty weight of 14lbs to a maximum of 28LBS. This flexibility makes the SISU War Hammer suitable for athletes of all levels, whether you’re building power or training for speed.
BUILT FOR TRAINING
Designed for striking training targets like tires or thick rubber mats, the SISU War Hammer delivers a challenging workout while protecting the hammer’s integrity. It’s not intended for use on hard surfaces like concrete or rocks, which could cause damage.
