Rogue CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Cable & Landmine Attachment

ALUMINUM MULTI GRIP CABLE & LANDMINE HANDLE ATTACHMENT

The Rogue CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Cable & Landmine Attachment is a versatile 2-in-1 tool that doubles as a cable attachment and landmine handle. Made in the USA and featuring ¼-inch aluminum or heavy duty steel side plates with laser-cut Rogue branding coated in a rugged texture black powdercoat finish, this attachment is designed to offer long-lasting durability and versatility. A built in acetal sleeve is added to protect your barbell sleeve from scratches when performing landmine work. Its multi-grip handle system provides customizable options for users to pick grip widths, whether you’re performing cable exercises or landmine movements.

VERSATILE GRIP OPTIONS

The CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Attachment offers a wide range of grip configurations for your workouts. The wide grip handles are spaced 30” apart on-center, perfect for neutral grip lat pulldowns and low rows. Additionally, the mid-grip handles are adjustable, allowing you to choose from 6 possible distances—14", 16", 18", 20", 22", or 24"—so you can fine-tune your positioning to hit different muscle groups and find your ideal comfort zone. For closer grips, the close-grip handles offer 2 adjustable options—6" or 8" apart—ensuring a customizable, ergonomic fit for every user. The 32MM diameter, 5” long knurled aluminum handles with Ohio knurling, the same knurl pattern used on our Ohio Bar tested by elite athletes for over a decade, provide a secure grip for every rep.

DURABLE & FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

With the aluminum and heavy duty steel options weighing 8.25LBS and 14.0LBS respectively, the CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Attachment is an evolution of the original Rogue Multi Grip Cable Attachment. A stainless steel clevis plate adds extra durability, while the embedded acetal sleeve allows for landmine work without scratching your barbell sleeve. This attachment’s sleek profile makes it ideal for home gyms, commercial fitness facilities, or portable use, giving you the flexibility to perform a variety of exercises with minimal space requirements.

Patent Pending

Note: The CG-1 attachments are optimized for Lat Pulldown and Low Row movements. When used with a landmine, range of motion may be slightly reduced depending on your setup and the movement performed.

Warning: Lat pulldown machines from different manufacturers will have different amounts of resistance when unloaded which may or may not balance the weight of the attachment. Therefore it is important that the attachment is always supported while changing the weight to prevent it from falling and causing injury.

Some additional thoughts
wanted to add to my previous review. At the time I had not done anything with the landmine function. Its absolutely awful. The Rep design is actually far better as their hole for barbell is not in line withe attachment to increase range of motion. Can' use 45 and not likely even 35s. Need to use 25s to get proper range of motion. And then you run out of sleeve space.

Thank you for following up with your feedback after using the CG-1 as a landmine attachment. It is optimized for Lat Pulldown and Low Row movements. When used with a landmine, range of motion may be slightly reduced depending on your setup and the movement performed.

Great for pulldown or low pulls/ not for landmines
I purchase the large model for lat pull downs and low cable rows to have a neutral grip. Work great for that. I love the light weight compared to the old heavy attachements. Handles are perfect. As a land mine rower, not a fan. It would need to be built like rogues narrow grip land mine attachement to function proberly. With this design the 45's smack you in the chest at full range of motion.

Well built, lightweight, multi-function, w/ issues
This review is for the CG-1 Cable and Landmine attachment (only). I was excited to see this product released and upon receipt, in some aspects, it did not disappoint. It’s lightweight, well built, serves multiple functions/exercises. However, for my use case (and I would assume others as well), it’s not without it's flaws and I wish the design concept would’ve considered these drawbacks. The positive: For cable rows, lat pulldowns, and unsupported landmine rows…the attachment works exactly as I’d expect. Compared to previous Rogue triangles, the attachment is very light weight. It has upgraded stainless handles with excellent knurling. And of course it’s built to last. For these uses, it’s absolutely a keeper and works exactly how it should. The not-so-good: Specifically, I’m disappointed in how the attachment performs when doing landmine rows w/ my Rogue Pritchett Pad. In concept, I loved the idea of this attachment (Multi-use, multi-exercise, combines two separate attachments into one). Unfortunately, when using the Pritchett pad, the geometry of the handle simply does not allow for a seamless experience as compared to the Rogue Straight or Angled landmine handles. First issue, when attempting chest supported landmine rows with Rogue 45 lb deep dish plates, the plates hit the backside of the Pritchett pad at the top of your range of motion. Why? The length of the barbell tube on the attachment handle is not long enough to displace the 45lb plates to avoid the Pritchet pad. As a workaround: add Qty 3, 10lb plates before adding the 45lb plates. This allows the 45lbs plates to sit ‘higher’ on the barbell and thus clear the back of the Pritchett pad. Not ideal. Second, again when using 45lb plates and when using the Pritchett pad, unless you have freakishly long arms to initially grab the attachments handles from the floor position, this attachment is almost unusable. As compared to the Rogue Straight or Angled landmine handles, the "V" shape on this attachment is simply not deep enough to allow you to reach down and grab the handles to start your exercise. The "V" shape/drop is essential in allowing you to get full ROM while still being able to mount the bar. (See attached image to demonstrate) You could of course lower the Pritchett pad, but now your ROM is compromised and you can’t achieve a full stretch since the weights are most likely hitting the floor. As a workaround: Place an Ab mat or some other surface under the 45’s so that you’re actually able to reach down, grab it, do your row, and still achieve a full ROM. Rogue’s previous landmine triangle handle worked great for unsupported chest rows but did not perform well with the Pritchett pad due to its oversized shape and offset barbell tube that did not allow for a full range of motion. This new version also unfortunately fails to perform but for different reasons. Unfortunately, these issues seem like totally avoidable engineering considerations and it doesn’t seem clear to me that any extensive real world landmine testing actually went on prior to production of this product in conjunction with the Pritchett Pad.

Amazing look, feel and function
have the long attachment and the triangle handle that can be used for cables and landmine. Both attachments are super light but clearly super strong. Really helpful especially with the long bar moving it around and attaching to high cable on the FM 6. Long handle is far better the rep kleva (cancelled that order) as the inner grip on long attachment can be adjusted in six spots and the innermost in two spots. Really could have just gotten the larger one but Like leaving the triangle attached to the low row of my fm 6
