Designed to combine the use of a 1:1 lat pulldown and low row machine with the added benefits of a 2:1 functional trainer paired with a full 250LB or 300LB weight stack, the CTM-1 gives you the ability to maximize your workouts while saving on space.
INNOVATIVE PULLEY CONFIGURATION
Our patent pending pulley configuration achieves a 2:1 ratio for the functional trainer and 1:1 for the lat pulldown and low row using a single weight source–available as a 250LB or 300LB weight stack. This configuration allows the user to seamlessly move between the lat pulldown, low row, and functional trainer cable without ever needing to reconfigure or attach/detach a carabiner.
OVERBUILT BY DESIGN
As with all Rogue products, the CTM-1 Functional Cable Tower is overbuilt for durability. Larger pulleys contribute to longer cable life, and the US-made Mil Spec Aircraft Cable ensures exceptional longevity compared to imported alternatives. Shrouds come standard to enclose moving parts.
EFFORTLESS ADJUSTABILITY
Vertical adjustment of the trolley is effortless thanks to four precision machined rollers and a counterweight. The swiveling pulley guarantees the optimum angle for every movement. There is no need to reconfigure, whether you want to perform movements with the trolley or want to use the pulldown or low row functionality, just grab and go.
For additional adjustments, easily change the seat height or remove it from the upright with the quick-adjusting detent pin design, while also seamlessly adjusting the foot catch using the built-in pop pin.

The Rogue Monster Multi-Use Lat Seat is a versatile, rack-mounted attachment that adds a wide range of cable and dumbbell training options to your CTM-1 Functional Trainer or Monster power rack. It provides a quick and secure attachment, 11 angle adjustments on the seat, and 7 height settings on the leg catch. The seat can be utilized for a variety of upper and lower body movements, including lat pulldowns, chest-supported rows, standing tricep extensions, seated dumbbell movements, bent-over curls, incline flys, rear delt flys, standing leg curls, leg extensions, and more.

The Rogue CTM-1 Functional Cable Tower combines the capabilities of a traditional 1:1 lat pulldown/low row with the versatility of a 2:1 cable tower, all in a single compact unit.
SINGLE WEIGHT SOURCE
Fully functional cable tower with 2:1 cable tower and 1:1 lat pulldown/low row ratios using a single weight source due to our patent pending pulley configuration. We maximize the resistance of the weight stack or plate loaded trolley which means that only a single weight source is needed.
NO RECONFIGURATION REQUIRED
With our patent pending pulley design, you can easily go from using the 1:1 lat pulldown/low row to using the 2:1 cable tower without having to reconfigure the cable position or attachment points.
REMOVABLE LAT PULLDOWN SEAT
There when you need it, gone when you don’t‒use the CTM-1 Functional Trainer just as you would any traditional lat pulldown by utilizing the removable lat pulldown seat. When you want to use the lower portion of the cable tower, simply remove the seat and utilize the full length of the upright.
