OVERBUILT BY DESIGN

In typical Rogue fashion, we’ve over-engineered the Multi-Use Rack Roller to handle anything you can throw at it. Utilizing formed and welded clasps, 1” pins, and an oversized roller, users will be able to use it for any number of exercises without concern. Despite its size, its lightweight portability makes adjustment and storage easy.

Excellent quality + excellent fitment 100%
I was using the monster lite hip thrust station for about 3 years and this was my “upgrade” to that already excellent made hip thrust piece. I liked the fact that you can configure it in many different positions / angles. I use this so much I actually installed this as a bolt-on with extra 5.5” black oxide screws/nuts/washers I ordered from rogue. If you do plan on moving this thing around just know, just like the hip thrust bench, it is a PITA to attach and detach from the rack. If you have a color rack just know to be careful, because the weird shapes on the left and right side and will end up scratching your rack some way or another, it does have sharp edges and it has to go in a certain way to avoid scratch. The best use of this imo is to be able to leave it in one spot. It’s not a small piece. The pad is larger than the hip thrust pad and even has a small indent on purpose on the roller to help stabilize for pistol squats. It is a nice thick leather that rogue also uses on their floor glute, and is thicker than the hip thrust leather. It also rolls 360 degrees so you can move the pad around for hip thrusts or for other exercises. And my back does feel more engaged to keep my balance straight during the thrust movements. If you have an open 43” space and love hip thrusts / single leg db squats I recommend this piece!

I've been waiting on this attachment...
I've owned the Monster Hip Thrust Bench for over a year, and it's been ok-- but it's a pain to set up. I used it mostly in conjunction with my Rhino to brace against for good mornings, 45 degree hypers, etc. This roller pad is better for these exercises, and it's easier to set up; not to mention it can double as a leg roller for bulgarians, a brace for lat pulldowns if you have an upper pulley on your rack, or even a hip thrust pad. This is a well built and a super versatile rack attachment!

Versatile!
This is one of the most versatile attachments. IF you have an FM 6 functional trainer or even fm functional trainer, could use this to sit on in conjunction with some squat handles on a monster rack and use the low underneath the multi-use roller to create a cable leg extension with ankle straps. Likewise you can use this to line up a bench in front and use it as a roller for your hammies to get a proper laying down leg curl. This can also allow for hip thrusters, angled pushups, locking yourself in to do lat pull-downs, and it is really easy to store. 10/10

Monster Lite version is below rogue standards
Recently purchased a functional trainer with several attachments and love every single part...except this item. the monster lite version (slated to go alongside the monster lite trainer) has a subtle but significant difference versus the monsterv version: the attachment point on the right side attaches into the front of the rig, making it impossible to swing/rotate the roller into place. as a result you need to perfectly line up both attachment points and slide them concentrically into position and even then the very little clearance to fit it in position makes this extremely cumbersome for me to put into place and definitely not a streamlined part of a workout

Rouge Rack Roller
Honestly it's more of a me problem for not checking the inside dementions of my rack so it's an inch or 2 too big but I figured out a way and I love it. I use it for split squats, support stiff leg dead lists, hip thrust, even support for preacher curls.

Not up to rogue standards
Not up to rogue quality, the plastic buffer pads on one end were super warped and stuck out making it very difficult to fit on the rack, on the other end one screw holding a pad on was cross threaded and sticking out too far also causing fit issues. Not super impressed for $300+

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This does not sound like it is up to our standards. We are reaching out via email to take a look at the roller you received and make this right.
