COMPACT WEIGHT PLATE

Rogue Steel DB Weights are designed to provide a compact, space-saving weight solution for Rogue’s loadable dumbbells and the Rogue Mace. Available in 5LB and 10LB variants, their small diameter and precision steel construction allow for a greater range of motion on movements like mace swings, dumbbell presses, dumbbell rows, and more. The design was developed in collaboration with Colin Daring to ensure optimal performance for mace and dumbbell movements.

Unlike standard plates, these compact weights are optimized for sleeve space efficiency, particularly on adjustable dumbbells, the Rogue Mace, and bars like the Rogue MG-4CN. The diameter matches Rogue’s 1.25LB change plate, maximizing the amount of weight you can load without increasing overall plate size. This allows for incremental weight adjustments while keeping the same compact profile.

The compact design of the Steel DB Weights allows for maximum usage of the sleeve length at a smaller, easier to manage diameter, making them ideal for loadable dumbbells or loadable maces. In addition to increased loading efficiency, the smaller design also improves weight distribution for greater control and balance during lifts. These plates can also be used on Olympic barbells for incremental loading. Precision-machined steel construction increases density, enabling more weight to be loaded in less space. A double-layer coating—E-coat followed by a textured powder coat—enhances the overall durability.

OPTIMIZED FIT FOR LOADABLE DUMBBELLS & MACES

Similar to Rogue Dumbbell Bumpers, the center insert is specially designed to fit over the collars of Rogue Loadable Dumbbells and the Rogue Mace, allowing for a tighter, more stable load. The smaller diameter allows for a greater range of motion in each movement.
