#RYOUROGUE – Jeff Adler

Since attending his first CrossFit Games as a volunteer worker in 2016, Rogue athlete Jeff Adler has meticulously turned himself into one of the sport’s top competitors, refining his mental approach just as much as his physical preparation. The soft-spoken French-Canadian has twice returned to his homebase at Montreal’s CrossFit Wonderland with hard-fought 5th place finishes at the Games, along with a pair of third place efforts at the Rogue Invitational. Now, at the age of 29, he is more focused than ever on reaching that next level.

“I can’t workout five hours straight like I could when I was 20,” he says, “so I have to use my time a little bit better. But the faster, the better. I’m not going to wait until the last second. . . . My goal is to bring a medal back to Montreal.
