From the makers of the flexible Tsunami barbell and Swing Balance golf training tools comes the compact 56” Tsunami Bar Quik Stik, an 8LB oscillating flex bar that’s great for a wide range of conditioning, pre-workout, and rehab exercises.

Portable and durable, each Quik Stik features Tsunami Bar’s patented technology, with a lightweight composite construction that’s great for grip and easy on the joints—while still enabling effective stretches and high-speed conditioning movements.

The Quik Stik is normally used without any additional weights, as the acceleration of the bar itself helps increase muscle contraction and the overall dynamic force of each movement. Users can opt to add ½LB or 1LB ankle weights (not included) to the ends of the stick to change the force generated.
